Your ShopeePay wallet holding and transaction limits are determined by the verification level of your account, as outlined in the table below. Transaction limits include order payment, transfer to other users, offline payments, and withdrawals.

*Starting 20 January 2026, all users who have completed e-KYC (account verification), including users who completed e-KYC prior to that date, will have a RM30,000 wallet limit.
** Payments, transfers, and withdrawals are capped at RM9,999 per transaction.
⚠️ Note:
Existing Basic users may continue to enjoy ShopeePay without completing e-KYC, or may upgrade to RM30,000 by completing eKYC.
Existing Premium users may continue at the RM4,999 wallet limit, or may upgrade to RM30,000 by completing e-KYC.
